A new year brings with it resolutions of all kinds. I used to half-jokingly say that my resolution is to not make anymore resolutions. But then something happened this past year, and I reali
zed how much I am able to control my own destiny, just by making choices: choices on my life's outlook. This year, I will make an effort to eliminate what they call “negative self-talk”. It’s my promise to myself, to allow myself to grow.
